Blood Sweat and Tears,thy name is Gulab Pandey

We are making a special mention of rider no 68 Shri Gulab Pandey.His entry was free,he rode just for a hug from the organiser, nothing more nothing less.This was to proove to all his jeering acquaintances that one needs only a BIG heart (pun intended)Click to view image details  to acheive great objectives.Gulab  is a delivery person for a grocer rides the heavy roadster with carrier, centrestand etal.When asked to remove the heavy carrier,he replied,"I can carry a damaged cyclist if required".Jai Ho!
HE RODE WITHOUT BACKUP! WE KNOW YOU ALL DID!
We are aware who DID NOT!
PLEASE ADMIT if you rode with backup mobike, AND WITHDRAW FOR A BETTER SECOND ATTEMPT!
ELSE YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO LOOK ANY RANDONNEUR IN THE EYE!

  6. That really makes my proud of Mr.Pandey, and I crib about my 20kg steel frame roadbike, silly me.
    Wish I had met him, hope to see him at the next ride.
    Hats off to all those who did it in ungeared bikes and ATBs that is pure Awesomeness :)

    our regular riders - the ones whose survival depends on the survival of their utility bicycles - are amazing people.
    dig deeper, and you'll find a more interesting side (and something you can identify with) in their timeline of association with their bicycle and resisting all ridicule that stems from it.
