RandonneursIndia Procedures for Queries/Disputes.
Dear All,
Randonneurs India is growing and becoming more adept as time passes. Till now, we required help from ACP, Paris, to guide us on many things, though under the contract, such rights were always with me as the ACP representative.
Henceforth please note
1. That all official communications arising from India or relating to brevets in India, in future, should be addressed to the ACP representative in India, Satish Patki email : dongarmaltroll@gmail.com
2. If there is a request that a particular communication be sent to ACP in Paris, this request may be made to the ACP representative in India who will decide upon the same.
3. Disputes on any BRM will be referred to the organiser of the BRM. The appeal against the decision of the organisers of the BRM shall lie to the representative of ACP in India. Such a decision on any dispute will be final.
Please note this and act accordingly. Let us try and get our procedures sorted out so that we can concentrate on pushing the pedals!
